• Sequestrations:
  It is possible that your lender holds the title of the property which is pledged and decides to reap the benefits of the collateral if you fail to make regular repayments. This is called a sequestration. In this case you can file a suit against the lender.

  The state of the loan and the amount of repayment and the regularity is reviewed by an attorney .Especially the escrow account requires a review to check whether the payment are being drawn out timely and whether the obligations are paid out.
  
  
• Taxation:
  The inconsistencies in taxation need to be legally sorted out.
